Ever since Terry Raxon had retired, following the completion of his last case, Warren had felt pissed off. Raxon was his best man and he was feeling the loss. He was well aware of his agent's reasons and agreed with some of them, but felt that he had overreacted.
Sure, Raxon's last case had brought with it several disappointments and too many good people had lost their lives. Kelly had been raped and a fine policeman, Detective Inspector Harry Thompson, had been murdered, but that was the nature of the business they were in.

The information was that more dirty bombs were planned and that this time, most of the materials were already in Britain.

The sinister group who called themselves "The Apostles" had resurfaced, stronger than before and there was a Knights Templar connection. Taylor and Carter would not make it easy for him, as they were intelligent and formidable adversaries. Before the game was over, Raxon would recruit some pretty unlikely allies.
